e-bourgogne
Project management & web development
Burgundy (Bourgogne in French) is a beautiful wine region in central-eastern France.
The project scope was to set up an e-government platform for local authorities, including a website generator. With this turnkey and accessible content management system, the French local authorities provide information and digital tools to their citizens through a straightforward website. This project enabled thousands of city councils to create their own website.
During this project, I helped develop a website generator from scratch (Java) which won an in-house innovation award. I also organized client training workshops and managed the project, including work planning, deadlines, communication with the client, etc.
